The aim of the Travelodge Development Website is to provide detailed information to property owners, developers and agents in order to enable them to identify properties that will be suitable to develop or convert to a Travelodge hotel. Please refer to the New Developments section.

Once an appropriate site has been identified, the Design & Construction section will provide the technical information needed to allow an initial/indicative scheme to be produced and a planning application prepared.
