Established in Southwark in 1804, Field & Sons are one of London's oldest firms of property consultants. Having been in the Field family ownership since that time, the firm was acquired by the current owners in 1999, since when the business has undergone considerable expansion and in addition to our head office at London Bridge (where the company has been based since 1875) we now have further branches in Kennington, Limehouse and Shad Thames. Predominantly covering the South East and Central London area, Field & Sons provide an in depth local knowledge and offer specialist advice in all aspects of commercial and residential property including agency, property acquisition, landlord & tenant, valuations and property management.
In 2007 Field & Sons were delighted to be appointed by Travelodge as part of their consultant team working to expand their hotel portfolio. We are specifically retained to act on their behalf in the South Central London area.
