Since joining Christie + Co in 1995, Jeremy has been based in our London Office. Having worked in the Central London hotel market for his first 3 years, Jeremy then joined the established Corporate Hotels Team. Since then, he has been responsible for national and international private client transactions and group assignments on both single asset and portfolio sales.

His caseload over the years has included work for most of the leading hotel groups including Whitbread, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels and active investors who number Goldman Sachs, Realstar and Westmont Hospitality.

Jeremy believes that the challenges over the current period will throw up many opportunities for both buyers and sellers and wishes it be known that he and the team have never been busier!.
