Whitestone, a Retail and Leisure property consultancy, was established by Directors Nick Howard and Jeff Hocking in 2006.
Whitestone provide a niche acquisition facility to clients with emerging and established brands who are seeking national or regional roll out within the hotel, leisure or retail sector. Since working with Travelodge they have added over 1,200 rooms to the Travelodge development pipeline.
Both Jeff and Nick have many years experience in Acquisition, Development and Asset enhancement resulting from their time working at De Vere Hotels, Tesco and Greenall's. Whitestone have extensive range of operator and developer contacts on a nationwide basis.
The Company is based out of offices at the former Greenall's brewery in Stockton Heath, Warrington.
