Wake Architects have over 14 years experience in designing for Travelodge.
We have constructed over 40 new build refurbishment projects on town centre and out of town sites and have worked directly for Travelodge and their developer partners in realising cost effective projects delivered to very exacting programmes. We also work closely with a number of contractors on Design and Build contracts where we find our understanding of client requirements greatly assists with on site progress.
We have a thorough understanding of the brand standards and are regularly involved in developing specifications, layouts and technical standards to nurture the product through ever changing legislation.
