Development Manager
I have been based in Cambridge for over 22 years. After a short spell at the Estates Department of Cambridge City Council spent 16 years at January's Commercial, the latter 8 years as a Director and Head of Agency. In May 2003, along with my current business partner, I implemented an MBO of their Agency business and rebranded the company as Jeffersons Commercial in January 2005.
Jeffersons are a focused agency practice covering acquisition (such as for Travelodge), and disposal of all types of commercial property and land, major clients include The Crown Estate, JP Morgan, Kilmartin, MEPC, X-Leisure, Carrisbrooke to name but a few.
I have personall been involved with Travelodge since 2000 and acquired the sites for their major hotels in central Cambridge and Norwich. In 2005 I was appointed as their Outsourced Development Manager for East Anglia, Essex and North Kent.
