Approved Building Contractors

We have a select list of Approved Contractors with whom we have negotiated favourable terms for the development of new hotels to meet the project criteria of: Cost, Quality & Time. Each contractor has extensive experience of building new Travelodge Hotels and is familiar with all aspects of the construction and interior fit-out required for a successful hotel opening. They have also developed good working relationships with our Direct Suppliers for the coordination of delivery and installation of all FF&E elements.

Travelodge has a number of preferred architects who have been working with us for several years and are fully aware of our requirements and specification.  Whilst we do not insist that they are used for any developer-led scheme, between them they have designed a considerable number of our hotels and you may wish to take advantage of their expertise.
