Travelodge does not have a standard floor plate and will accept any layout which is compliant with our Tenant's Requirements Document and approved by Emma Bridgewood or Wakemans, but the following floor plans provide details of some of our recent developments.

The floor plans for Bracknell are a good example of how our requirements can be manipulated to suit a difficult building footprint with unusual details such as single sided corridors, undercroft parking and a dual entrance. The plans for Porthmadog are more efficient due to the simple building shape. This type of layout would be suitable for modular build due to the amount of repetition in the layout and orientation of bedrooms.
