Sam Spencer is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years' experience in the property industry.
He joined Christie + Co in 1996, originally working in both hotel and leisure brokerage, before becoming a Director of Corporate Hotels.
Based in Christie + Co's Nottingham office, Sam has worked with many of Christie + Co's corporate hotel clients, including Travelodge.
He is responsible for managing Christie + Co's relationship with the Travelodge Development team. Sam also directs the Christie + Co team responsible for identifying suitable going concern acquisition opportunities for Travelodge.
